Rihanna's best cover in years. I came here expecting to sincerely hate this (read: not a fan of Rihanna), but once again i-D delivers when I the least expect them to. I can't remember the last time I saw Rihanna this natural and void of any (immediately obvious) GaGa-type style trickery. I love the styling and the darkness of the cover shot. Love it. Knowing Rihanna, I fear the inside content will disappoint me, but I can't wait to see more regardless. Gorgeous!

Hate it; it looks quite dated. Such a disappointing cover star choice. This woman is boring and sooooo mainstream it kills me. I expect more from i-D. The contents looks stellar however. I'm looking forward to the Givenchy and Rodarte eds.

Natasha Poly - I'm sold. Her editorial with Ollie sounds promising.
The cover isn't half as bad, to what I expected. Rihanna doesn't look her usual self, I like it.
