I believe it's a chinese publication although I couldn't find much online - anyone knows more about where to find it and so on? It seems nice which I'll prove you in a second because I stumbled upon it randomly on issuu and apparently it's on paper too. Or more like mostly on paper. I hope this bumbling makes any sense.
