Iker posted this vid on his FB. From his 2nd official match with RM. He was so young! I think he was around 18 :)

 
Iker is doing a great job! I think he's very underrated...

^underrated? he´s the captain of his team, he´s on the NT and a world champion, everybody pretty much say he´s the best of Spain if not the world... :)
 
^ Underrated means not getting enough recognition for the stuff he does.

He gets tons of press, tons of good words but comparing that in general? As a player of Real Madrid? He is a keyplayer of the team; without Iker the team couldn't be as good as it is and who gets tons of recognition for the way that they play? The ones who score the goals and assists.

Not even talk about papers etc. It's not about Iker & his amazing qualities at the spot! No, it's Iker and Sara going there, Iker and Sara walking down the street... Hell this week I even saw in a Spanish tabloid: Iker throwing out his garbage... and that is what I mean with underrated.
 
^yeah I know what it means, thanks... and imo being captain is a hell of recognition :)
maybe the media is different in other countries cause in mine they don´t care about him and Sara, they only talk about his work on the team and how most times he saves us from losing in a humiliating way.
