Iman is truly ageless. her skin just literally GLOWS. it's unreal.

Her size seems to have gone up and down over the years so I doubt she's only had them done once. I just think maybe her ribcage is just to small to support the additions. They always seems to be way too large and at an odd placement.

Nevertheless, she is a classic beauty.
