I called the costumer service number a while ago, and the woman said she'd send another copy of the August issue ASAP (this number has worked before, last year my May issue's cover was ripped so I called and they sent a new one within just a few days). It still hasn't arrived yet, and I should already have my September issue by now.
Oh well... I guess for now all I can do about it is wait, and complain.
