I ordered Jacky's large PS1 a while ago and I was really not happy with it. The buckle kept sliding off and wouldn't stay closed, especially when I would put more stuff in it.. Eventually the whole buckle just came off! Not good..

however I am thinking of looking at his Celine cabas tote.. Edit: please see rules posted in post #1.

Someone I know in Switzerland just told me about a colleague whose friend's luggage was searched by Customs at the Geneva airport and she got caught with a fake LV makeup bag. The bag was confiscated and destroyed, and the woman received a letter from an LV lawyer demanding a 200 CHF (215 USD) fine for carrying counterfeit goods and threatening a lawsuit if she doesn't pay.

We don't know if her LV makeup bag comes from the best quality factories or is some cheap fake. She says it's $5 but I doubt she'd have kept it if it looked that bad, given she had two real LVs on her too.

Apparently they studied her real LVs for a good half-hour to figure out if they were fake too.

Judging by the closure of replica resale websites we've seen recently, this looks to me like a new crackdown on replica production and trade.

No in the past two years I have been traveling a lot to England and Europe and occasionally to China. I have always carried my NBF bags and probably had one or two packed in the suitcase as well. I think they are pretty indistinguishable from authentics, you would really have to place them next to each other. Also my sister has carried authentic and LV reps through the airports too and nothing has ever happened. Maybe your friend had one of those bad reps, like the ones from Chinatown?

On the same topic of customs, my bags are currently being held by my country's customs and is pending their decision whether to release the bags. Sigh! What luck. Has anyone any experience as to what Jacky will do if the bags are seized by customs?
