it's not white and green but white and black!!!.

LovedByChanel: Re: Suede bags from T&D, I asked them that as well because I was going to get that Acier Velo from them several moths ago. I am hoping if there is enough interest they may do it again. No harm in asking, right? Should there be a list, I would be happy to add myself to it.
ZenEssence: I have heard through the grapevine that Shaly & B&S have the same supplier for their BBags. I believe Shaly's are cheaper but you must get the imported Italian lambskin. The leather on the others will not be of the same quality you would be used to with NBF.

Has anyone who upgraded the GH on their NBF bags had it done locally by a cobbler, or did you all send your bag to the boys and have them do it? I'm now in possession of my HG bag and want to swap the HW.

Jacky's site has once again changed. If you have his email address (anyone who has ever had his URL or ordered from him should have it), send him a message politely requesting his new URL and give him a few days to respond. Requesting it here will result in your post being deleted (as per the crystal clear rule in post #1) and PMing members for it will probably be ignored because by now, you should know the drill. That's all.

bbs, if you're considering getting the cobbler to change the hardware on your NBF bag, I suggest that you bring the bag to the cobbler first and check if he can change the hardware. The only bit of hardware change I've ever done on my own was to the O-rings (and it was hard work!).

Hi ladies, I need your help! I purchased Seigle GSH City from T&D and received the parcel today. T&D sent me Ardoise GSH City instead of Seigle GSH City.

Here's the issue: I definitely want Seigle GSH City. However, Ardoise GSH City looks really good too and I'm half tempted to buy it. I already have Argent GSH City though, so do you think Argent is too similar to Ardoise? Between Argent GSH City and Ardoise GSH City, which bag will you pick? I'm contemplating keeping either Argent OR Ardoise, because they seem to belong to the same 'Grey' family. Argent GSH City is Chevre leather (very soft, chewy and supple leather) while Ardoise GSH City is Agneau leather. Both bags have the new GSH.

Please take a look at the pic which shows my Argent and Ardoise bags (side by side comparison). Ardoise looks true to the pic, but Argent is much lighter in real life. I don't know why it looks so dark in the pic.

woahhhh XOOEY!! You are tempting me to buy the ARDOISE LEATHER!!
I think both are really gorgeous but i see then different from each other.
The ardoise you will use it (i would use it) more but the argent is perfect for this summer
you should keep both IMO!

can u tell as more about the ardoise leather or take more pictures ? i would like to buy it but i already have too many bags (none of them is grey) so i might considerer buy it

xooey, i would compare the new ardoise bag to garments already in your closet. if they look great together i would keep it. or i would tell T+D that you will hang on to the bag for a week or so in case they want you to forward it to someone else.

Lucy, I ordered a seigle and ardoise Folk. T&D said all the bags were made, they were just waiting to sew the hardware on and ship them out, so hopefully they are all on the way now to their new homes(!!!)

I'd love to order an anthracite Folk later this summer. I hope they keep planning on making them......I'm also secretly hoping that Bal decides to do the Folk in the new red (coquelicot?) this summer--wouldn't that be cool?

Crap. I'm so tired of waiting.

Ordered a life wallet about two months ago and they said it would be done quickly (as they're made to order) and of course I still don't have it.

This time it's because of weird hardware problems. I know, I know...I've been a customer for five years and this is to be expected, but all my wallet contents are in a wristlet and I can't wait to get the new wallet!

Hope my U.S. compadres are having a terrific Memorial Day holiday. Thanks to all of those, past and present, who have fought and given their lives for our freedom. We will never forget.

I'm still debating on whether or not I should get a Chanel bag from either Catty or Jacky. On the other thread, the pictures that members posted from Catty's collection looks so much better. But they're more expensive so I have no idea what to do. I can be so indecisive sometimes and I just want to be 100% sure that I went with the right person since these bags are a bit more expensive than my typical bags

Hi everyone, thanks a lot for your help/advice. I've decided to keep Ardoise after all. It goes very well with the clothes in my closet, so it's for keeps.

Melanie87 & crystal7, sure, I'll take more pics of Ardoise GSH City when I have the time. What I can tell you now is that the leather of Ardoise GSH City is very good. The sheen that can be seen in my crappy photo (taken via my handphone) is really very subtle in real life. I did not condition the bag and there really is no need to. I only applied Apple Care leather conditioner on some spots of the bag which were slightly scuffed and voila, the scuff marks were gone. I am very happy with the bag. =)

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to darken the rose gold hw a bit? its way too gold looking. id rather have it faded a bit, then look this gold.

if your bag is a dark color like black or anthra I can recommend using black shoepolish. That's what I did. It looks a lot less shiney now and the lines in the hardware are black now.
