^ Actually for me he made US Vogue, there were times when i didnt like anything about the issue, except a single photograph of his (usually part of some article), and i would get it for that alone.

Really is that it??? Is that their tribute to one of the major contributors to their magazine??
That's out of order and they really had better acknowledge his work in their next issue. I'm assuming they are going to.

I'm grateful to find this thread. While I adore his fashion imagery, I think Penn's photographs of indigenous and working people are superior.

i really like these too..
does anyone know if they are part of a single collection?
i was searching for them last night, and they seem to just be scattered everywhere.. a small bunch taken in Africa on one site and a few in another --but no mention of any one book that may have all of them under this theme(s)
