J.W. Anderson F/W 2015.16 by Jamie Hawkesworth

I want to be part of that cult  Jamie always does such a great job.

It's so sick and still it's so good. It's a different direction than his shows which were inspired by '80s, but it's a good step for JWA.

His last couple of advertisement moves and the whole transformation at Loewe have actually made me pay deliberate attention to him.

Another good one. Sure, big time thanks to Jamie Hawkesworth.

That second shot is everything! They manage to keep things interesting and keep that fashion vibe at the same time. Good job. :)

Can anyone ID the models?

I think it was a street cast again, the campaign was shot in Tallinn, Estonia. I think these are everyday Estonians :flower:

My only complain is that its in black & white. Otherwise its brilliant! Hope more images surface.

Ugh, why street casting??? The shot looks amazing regardless. I'm more in love with the clothes after seeing this campaign.

great campaign, its really interesting if slightly weird, love it.
^It was street cast, which I don't mind at least its not another celebrity plug.

Second shot is fantastic, very retro-futuristic.

While I don't really like the first shot, the group shot on the other hand is gorgeous and also slightly creepy with the whole 'cult' vibe it gives.

Also can anyone please confirm this? I would love it if this was true and while I do prefer models in my campaigns I think there are always exceptions.:P

^ MJ Model Management, a local agency in Tallinn posted this flyer that states J.W. is street casting for both young men and women between the ages of 13-20. But it appears one model does appear in the campaign, Anett Oun.

Hmmm....I'm not sure I'm entirely sold on it. After the Miu Miu and Gucci campaigns this week, I can't say I feel like this is as interesting or special.

What I love so much about the Miu Miu and Gucci is the optimism. It's all very nuanced, but a lot of times my problem with JW is his self-importance and a kind of generally cynical attitude that always seems to invade his work.

Aha I love the advert for the casting more than the campaign itself, thanks for posting TheoG !!
