However, she seems uncomfortable in front of the camera. But I suppose this is the only interview I've seen her in... but she did say how she's a bit of an introvert.

And another note - her makeup was unbelievable. She can wear some fabulous lip color!

I don't think she's prettier in Mad Men but she definitely looks more classically beautiful and delicate in that grace kelly kind of way (i know that reference has been used a million times, forgive me) - that last picture exemplifies that perfectly. but i find her gorgeous in 'real life' too.. just so much less manicured, styled etc.. of course with all the costumes and hair and makeup on set it's going to take her look to a whole new level.... but i love modern january too. her face is so uncomplicated in its beauty.. there's something really appealing about that.

I think she looks the same as she does in real life. To make up for the premiere absence, January will be attending an advanced screening of Mad Men's season four premiere episode on Sunday.
