Jennifer Aniston is attractive but if she were not famous and did not take care of herself, she wouldn't be someone common people would do a double-take on. She is not a natural beauty and her features are not traditionally beautiful. But she has great style, personality, and confidence so she comes across quite well. Victoria Beckham is the same and she admits it.

I personally think she's very attractive, even on a conventional level (since that seems to be the main topic, strangely!). Not that she has a perfect face, but her features seem to fit well together and most of all, her personality beams through her expressions.
