JENNIFER ANISTON was a good girl during her N.Y. press junket for "De railed," co-starring Clive Owen. It opens on the 11th. Not that she's ever a bad girl, but those close to her say she was not at all the diva. However, what she doesn't demand for herself she does sometimes ask for her precious pooch, Norman. (The TV show "Extra" provided Norm with a customized luxury doggie bed during an L.A. interview.) This dog is quite sophisticated and a furry little gourmand. He has learned to pull a chair over to a table, climb up and chomp down on fancy cheese and stuffed olives while waiting for his mistress in various green rooms . . .
