To me it's the style... that ironed-straight, middle-part doesn't suit her that well.

She had hair colour similar to this for "Along Came Polly" but the styling was loose, long and sexy and she looked hella good. So personally speaking, I don't think it's the colour that's not working here.

Completely agree, it's not the color that's "aging her" (I don't think she looks older personally -- unflattering would be a better description), but the fact that it's styled so drably.

Oh I completely agree, he does have lovely style. But don't they feel like a style mismatch? She's way too care free and he's almost uptight in his looks. Sometimes it looks like they are going to different events.
