Jennifer Aniston has admitted she and Brad Pitt are friends who have "peaceful" chats together. The former lovers, who have filed for divorce, stay regularly in touch with each other despite their painful break-up earlier this year.
The actress, who is allegedly dating co-star Vince Vaughn, told chat show Good Morning America: "Do I talk to Brad? Yes, we do, I do. "That's very peaceful. It's a really peaceful thing." The former 'Friends' beauty, who shares her "little beach house" in Malibu with her dog, Norman, described her new life as "relaxed" and "comfortable".
The star also admitted her heart has finally healed after the split. Aniston, who admitted she was stunned when she first saw photos of Pitt and his new lover Angelina Jolie together, claims she is no longer angry with him and has thanked her network of girlfriends for helping her put everything in perspective.
She revealed: "People want it to be this war and this mean, terrible, shallow thing that's just playing like some soap opera or storyline, and it's just not. So, yeah, pleasant, done. "I have a lot of amazing women, you know, women in my life who have been an example for me of what not to do. So, and I also know what feels good, and it doesn't feel good to harbour anger and resentment." (teentoday)
