Jimmy Choo H&M Collaboration

I went to buy the studded belt last night at the preview party, but it's too thick to go through belt loops on jeans. Which I don't suppose is a problem if you're planning to wear it around your waist, but I really wanted it for me.

Me and BF got some stuff - I got this bag:

He got the cashmere knit in both colours (I'm planning on stealing these :shifty:)

I wonder if anythings left here in Oslo, I'll have to check..haha Let you guys know later^^

It was pretty funny, no one here really touched the clothes. Even the things that were really nice and had got a lot of press - the suede and leather one shoulder dresses, the racks were untouched! Everyone just went for the accesories.

^ I think they were bought online, so I'm not sure they've seen them yet!

The jumpers feel nice, and the jersey used for the t's is really nice and soft too.

Had to stand in line for an hour and a half before I got in. I wanted the black ballerinas, but they were really painful on my feet :( The thing I really wanted though was the black studded bag, and no one else seemed to care about it so I had no problem getting it :D Bought a bracelet as well "just because" :p

An hour and a half is good!

My friend's camped outside one store since 8pm last night..

They've been very strict here in the UK in a lot of stores. The store they were outside has 12 x 10 minute time slots in the Shoes/Bags section. The first 10 people in the line got the first 10 minutes, and so on. She text me to say though at 11pm last night the line was already 52 people long...

I went there at 8:30 am and only got an orange bracelet. People obviously went there as early as 7 am (some even at 5 am I heard).

But it was not a problem getting what I wanted because everything was restocked again after a while. The studded belt was really popular here and one of the few things i really wanted. Unfortunately there was none left when it was my turn. Luckily a very nice SA brought one back for me. I also liked the bracelets and necklaces. I tried the Zebra ballet flats but they seem to be very uncomfortable.

Over here it was crazy and a mess. Women were freaking out grabbing everything they could get from the clothing racks. I tried the leather dresses but everything seems to be super big. Even the studded shoulder pad dress in XS is too big for me. Weird sizing. So I'll probably have to return a bunch of clothes. I didn't try them on there because it was too crowded and I didn't feel like changing. But at home I found that most of the stuff didn't work on me.

I just went to the bad H&M here and alot of clothes were left..dresses in basically all sizes, the leopard printed scarf, the black bag that The Ida posted a picture of, and the pink clutch one, also I saw a bin full of necklaces.

The Newcastle store sold out of everything, including the clothing, apart from the studded croc loafer things (vile) and a few bracelets, within an hour.

At the launch last night things were going seriously quickly. I know quite a few of the visual merchandising staff there, who said they ended up having to go into stock that was meant for Saturday, as there was too many people and not enough stock. Which is odd, because it was an invite/ticket only event so you'd have thought they would have prepared for the number of people..

By the time I left the event there were no shoes other than the brogues left, and the odd few pairs of flats. There was a lot of clothing left however. Mainly the dresses. The sequin two layered top was gone first.

It did okay I think. There was no where near as much stock as the womenswear. The grey suede bag did very well. The clothing was left untouched really. The biker shoes had all but sold out as well. There were hardly any guys there though last night. So I'd imagine it did far better today.

It was a Vogue event, so mainly it was women, and the ocassional male GQ reader it seemed.

ah ok^^ Thanks so much for the info. There are always loads of women in front of the stores when H&M launches collections like this, last time I saw like 2 men or something..it was the CdG one
