hehehe ah so glad to see other ramona lovers out there. I agree, the lining is amazing. But it means that you have to be careful throwing things in....I don't want to get ink on or mark up the suede!

I wish I could take pics! But my usb port on my computer doesn't work so I can't link my digicam and no photo on my phone. But i'll try somehow! I LOVE it's size. Does anyone else have trouble closing it quickly though? I just am really not bothering at the moment because to fit the little bit over the lock just takes too much time! But the leather is so soft! It's so purty!

yes I think to just tuck the closure piece back and use like a tote bag is much easier. What's great about it is it looks great as a tote, great as a shoulder bag, fits tons of stuff, isn't trendy and it won't date.

Is there a way to protect the hardware? Does hardware ever rust? I guess not on such bags as these high end ones but I had a cheap handbag with gold hardware and it rusted. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening to any bag with shiny hardware?

i have a black ross with beige suede lining... never had any problems with hardware rusting... and the suede is surprisingly not high maintenance. i've thrown things in there carelessly and its not marked

I saw the shoulder in lime green yesterday - almost bought it - gorgeous and I love that style (alot more than the square-ish one) - at Saks here in Atlanta ($1450.) (I have so many bags on order I decided I better pass on that one!)

it is the single should strap and smaller version of Ramona. I returned my navy ramona cause my should hurts when I carry it. My SA in NYC SAKS called me saying they will get new shipment around Apr.
