i like the f/w0607 gryson collection much better than the s/s 07. the s/s has a couple okay bags, but is pretty bleh. it was kinda disappointing.

the olivia/skye group had some new color combo's. the best ones were a mushroom and a blue jean/grey kind of color. the shades were good, but somehow the color combo's came off reminding me of j.p. tod's or something. i think the f/w crop is much better.

the buzz is around the same olivia/skye pocket group cut in a new very rugged, really distressed leather that is woven. i didn't like it at all, but i don't know...maybe some people might. basically imagine bottega venetta gone dirty cowboy.

I know this thread is like 2 yrs old, but does anyone have a gryson woven? I really want one of these bags. Im trying to wait for them to be marked down even more but they seem to be selling out fast.

The color of this bag is Smoke, right? It was listed as Chocolate... but it looks a lot like spiral and amalie's smoke skye on previous pages.

I need opinions!

Luna, I think this is a chocolate brown Olivia.....the Smoke is more of a blue/grey color. I have this bag in Military Green and love it...it's a bit on a heavy side but nevertheless gorgeous, the leather is TDF Hope this helps

doh! How has your olivia held up? How are the braided straps... I've heard about some issues with the braided handles fraying!??! which freaks me out a little... i've also heard the handles stretch, which is understandable... but i dont want my olivia to break!

yes, I'm aware of people having issues with the braided handles, but I'm not sure if this is a common problem ....fortunately, my Olivia is still looking as good as new, no problems at all
