Well, after loving the lime Rasia, I broke down and ordered the stone ramona from Grossman Shoes. Can't wait to get it. The leather is TDF on these bags! Way better than the Ross.

and jessica's ross isn't stone -- it's an off white/ivory they made for fall '05

I have an orange ross from fw05 (on sale) and even though the leather is very nice, it doesn't compare to the ramona or the rasia, which is very very soft.

i, too, bought an off-white ross on sale from fw05 and the leather is soft. but, i guess they made it softer for the ramona because maybe for the style and size as a tote, it collapses easier than the ross which looks more structured

I was in the Jimmy Choo store here in Atlanta today and it so happened that a Jimmy Choo exec from New York was there. We started talking about the Ramona, Rasia, etc. and she showed me a pic in their lookbook of a new bag called the Rikki. It is exactly like the Ramona only smaller (a little bit) - $1650. It is due to arrive next week. For fall the Ramona (and Rasia too I believe) are going to be done in new colors - the ones she particularly likes are a patent leather in a bordeaux color (she raved about this) and, what she called, a soft brushed metallic (gold and silver - I think a gold/silver combo, at least that's how I understood it). They're going to call me when the Rikki comes in so I can go check it out.

the rikki sounds cool (in terms of size) but I can't imagine liking a patent leather Ramona in any color. Oh well, I'll be interested to see the colors when they come out. Really wish I could take photos of my ramona to share with you all. Oh well
