Joan seems to be missing in action these last few days... I wonder what my Puerto Rican Princess is up to? 
Hopefully she's working on some MAJOR top secret projects?!?!
Or maybe the poor thing is under the weather and resting. I hope she's not sick... Feel better if you are beautiful!

I know right! But she has been working so I guess we will be getting some new stuff soon.
The thing is I guess she's at the point where she doesn't need to be slaving off shooting editorial after editorial and being seen everywhere and we knew that time would come, we just aren't ready to accept it
I for one would love to see her face everywhere, everyday. I do think it's intentional though because she's not even attending events as often as she used to...collect those big money checks and relax in privacy is what she wants I guess

^I think it's a resting thing as well as an "in demand" thing. All the top models of her generation (Karlie, Saskia, Karmen, Daria, etc) aren't getting nearly as much work as they did two years ago. People can say it's because they're more selective, but in the campaign department they've all been lacking these past few seasons. It's because the newbies are taking over & the turnover rate is so high nowadays.
Hopefully she has the Gucci campaign. If that's the only big thing she has this season, I'll still be happy. I think that ADR styled shoot with Sgura is a Vogue Japan cover, & that shoot in Turkey could also be a Vogue Turkey cover. It looks like we'll see a few things from her come September-October.

I will not accept it!!
She's still the number # 1 model in the world!!!!
I expect to see her everywhere, at least every other month. Until she Graduates to icon. Then she can work hard some more, as an icon for a year. Than and only then can she rest. 
Joan doesn't have the luxury of taking a break. Especially now in this critical time in her career
Remember Joan has been vocal many times about how she's a very ambitious person. And that she has a lot of goals in her list that she wants to accomplish, but has yet accomplish.
-Major Vogue Covers
-Only Girl Perfume Contract
And other things... I forgot what else she said she wanted to accomplish. It's all documented in interviews.
Joan is no wall flower. She embraces the paps attention. She wants to be a Super in every sense of the word.
I expect a lot from Joan. She's a fighter.
