MDC is finally updating their rankings as we speak! I think Joan is finally graduating to the icons list. It's kind of a bittersweet moment. One one hand, I'll miss seeing her name next to the #1 ranking, but on the other hand, it's such a rare thing for a model to reach the level of iconic status. Whatever happens, I'm so proud of Joan & everything she's done so far in the industry. Congrats either way Joan!

She was already declared a Supermodel by the industry. From Michael Kors, Estée Lauder to Tom Ford.

And Joan has been the muse and is still the muse for top people in this fashion industry like Carine Roitfeld, Anna Wintour, Edward Enninful, Tom Ford, Karl Lagerfeld, Riccardo Tisci, Prabal Gurung, Frida Giannini, Peter Dundas, MertandMarcus, Steven Meisel, and Robbie Myers.

The list goes on... from legendary Hairstylist, Makeup Artist and Stylist. Even Iman and the ORIGINAL Supermodel herself, Cindy Crawford, are fans.

You deserve it Joan. We Love you and will always root for you. Keep breaking down barriers beautiful!

The bitterness and Jealousy is just so sad... How petty.

The funny part is that all these models that are being pinned against each other, are friends and actually root for one another.

I don't know about that..sure that's the image they portray to the public and yes there are true friendships but in the end they are all in competition with each other and are rooting for their own success above everything.

Joan is in the special editorial from Carine for Harper's Bazaar September Issue around the world, so she may be featured on the cover of a few HB editions. Says in the video description that everyone one will have a cover or more!
