I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was bi-sexual, I don't think he's ever said he's straight heterosexual. I don't believe he's gay though.

It's sad how he's quite a bit of an "OMG HE"S SOO HAWT" fanbase who've only just seen him in Pirates. I prefer his older work - Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Arizona Dream, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Edward Scissorhands..

Yep...feels like he's back in the same spot where he was years ago after 21 Jump Street.
^With the exception of Arizona Dreams I agree.... (I found AD a bit too strange and all over the place for my tastes though he was good in it) I admit I really love him in Pirates as well but there's many other roles that I love him in and I wouldn't want him to be known as Jack Sparrow forever.
And there's gay rumors about every decent looking actor for the most part. If he's bi so what, he's committed to Vanessa so what does it matter anyways?

I think he's bisexual, but he's obviously in a commited relationship.

I dunno myself... lol he's dated a string of women before Vanessa and was engaged to like 4-5 other women... he was in a lot of long term relationships with women in the past as far as I can remember. But I don't quite know his dating history so I wouldn't know if he dated a man even.

It's just some of the comments he's made and the feeling I get from him. Obviously the only person that really knows is Johnny. I don't know why people always take it as such an insult. It doesn't make him a bad person.

^ I don't take it as an insult but I must admit that I had a crush on Johnny when I was about 11 (21 Jump Street) and it's always weird when you learn that your ideal man is not interested in your gender... Some friends of mine have still not recovered of George Michael's coming out of the closet!!!

How can anybody here take it as an insult that Johnny may be bi? We aren't Johnny! Anyways I don't think anybody here was taking it as an insult or saying it was a bad thing to suggest. I have no problem with gay people or bi-sexual people, I'm totally cool with it. We were just having a discussion, I honestly feel like there's nothing that points towards him being bi but I also said I didn't know his complete dating history so he could be for all I know. Nobody here said it would be disgusting to suggest Johnny was bi, just that it didn't seem likely in their opinion.
