I think JRM's a talented actor, but hearing and knowing about all of his problems shows that he has a lot of issues that were probably worsened through his addictions. As I said before, I wish him the best and hope that rehab will help him turn his life around.

I hope he will overcome this addiction, because he is a great actor (to play Elvis without falling in caricature... just good actors are capable of doing it) and an hansome guy. I'm not really surprised about it. His childhood wasn't that great and he seems more sensitive and insecure than he tries to portrait himself (as the guy who didn't care about anything).

He reminds me of Robbie Williams (singer) sometimes!

Gawd, I was so in love with Jonathan when I saw him in 'Gormenghast'. Course, that was a million years ago....but I liked him better back then. He's a little too Hollywood for me now.

Not surprised he's got multiple addictions...even back before he became a celeb he seemed like he was teetering on the edge. But this won't ruin his career; everyone goes to rehab these days

Ghormenghast is my absolute favourite BBC drama of all time. I was also in love. But he is an **** by all accounts and you can sort of tell these days.

I´ve heard a lot of things too, but a friend of mine met him in London and he was really sweet to her, she was working at a record store, asked him for a photo and an autograph, but she had the camera downstairs at the girls dressing room, so she had Jonathan waiting for her for about 15 minutes to get the pic taken. And he was very sweet.
Apart from that I think you are not a real star these days if you don´t enter rehab and recover in 3 days from the worst alcoholic, drug or sex addiction...hahaha
