Making Lancôme's La Vie est Belle campaign with Julia Roberts

Lancôme's latest fragrance is Julia Roberts' first, and the beauty brand has aimed high with an uplifting jus with distinct notes of iris, jasmin and violet, caramelized with vanilla-praline undertones.

An advertising shoot by filmmaker Tarsem Singh at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. On stage, is a 231m2 (757sq ft) set by interior designer Tom Foden, 150 extras, 75 set dressers, and more than 100,000 cristals imported from Austria to light up the staircase the Hollywood star will walk, very soon. It's a spectacular set for a gorgeous piece of film, that sees Julia Roberts turn her back on glitter, glitz, and social convention to and find happiness in real life. Because La Vie est belle!
