Julianne Moore

Julianne lives in New York City so going to shows is basically a night out. It's harmless imo

Tory lives in NYC as well ... I don't remember Julianne ever wearing it, but they may well know each other personally. Love the contrasting bag.

I thought we'd see her at Calvin Klein last night.. didn't she attend the first show plus one of Raf's?

Does she wear any other color than black?
And what is going on with her career? After the Oscars she vanished...

^She vanished? That's a bit dramatic. She's done several movies since winning the Oscar.

I'd also think what with you being a Nicole Kidman fan you'd understand that careers sometimes ebb and flow.

^and I can't find one movie that is slightly good after her oscar, that is what I meant, she vanished from doing interesting/good projects...

Don't get what this has to do with the fact that I'm a "fan" of like Nicole, Cate, Jessica, etc....

Also, I know she has not been working much, but maybe she needs some time off from the public (just like Kate Winslet does brilliantly) because they only thing we see her doing these days is attending events, after events (some of them quite questionable for her A/B star status), I just don't get it, why she needs them...

She's barely done anything since winning the Oscar.

Maggie's Plan and Wonderstruck were fairly well received. 76 and 71 on Metacritic, respectively.

Suburbicon and Kingsman 2 seemed like good ideas on paper. A film directed by George Clooney and a sequel to a commercial hit, respectively.

I brought up Nicole Kidman because there were periods where no matter how hard she tried she just couldn't catch a break. Save Steve Jobs, all of Kate Winslet's projects have been panned in the last five years. So my point has nothing at all to do with you being a fan of Nicole Kidman as much as it does about actors having both low and high points in their careers.

If you ask me, for a 57-year-old actress in Hollywood, she is doing just fine.

As for her attending events, I mean, why not? She's earned her stripes, and she never seems overexposed so she can do whatever she wants at this point. Again, I'd like to bring up Nicole Kidman who proabably attends twice as many events as she does.

Julianne Moore looks relaxed and ready for the Cannes Film Festival, arriving at the Nice airport in a sheer polka dot blouse and jeans.

Bringing the drama on opening night! I think it's a great and very impactful look, quite old Hollywood.

Too safe, and definitely deja vu and I think it's due to the cut of that dress.

Red from head to toe and all those feathers and you're calling it safe? :o I thought safe was all black.
