i love the whole deconstructed appeal of this brand. would love to get something, but the brand doesn't seem accessible in my place. oh well.

I love the general aesthetic as always, and some of the coats are beautiful.

I don't see the obvious resemblence to Ann's work, to be perfectly honest.

Julius is pretty industrial/post-apocalyptical looking with the metal hardware and the zippered pocket details, whereas Ann's work is a lot more earthy/bohemian in it's esprit. This being said - there's not a single piece shown here that I wouldn't love to wear - i love the balance between drape-y and structured pieces in the collection!
