Every season I anticipate two shows, one is Junya Watanabe and the other Dries Van Noten. It’s the same feeling I had when I first saw Martin Margiela’s first collections. They make your mind work, what others see as an ugly fabric designers like Junya, Martin, Van Noten etc turn into the chicest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s an aura they all create and I always trust their vision. There are other designer who’s work I love and are phenomenal but these two do it for me every time.
