Karl Lagerfeld F/W 08.09 Paris

To be honest, he never really care for his own brand. He has said multiple times that he created it just to not left part of his Chloé team unemployed. At least, he has kept it relevant by working with big models and as he only design a very limited collection of dresses in the entire, i think it's quite good.

I prefer to buy his clothes at Fendi. They are perfect and not too expensive à la Chanel.

I find him to be pretty well preserved for a man of his age. Pierre Bergé couldn't walk anymore for example. He is 82 or 83 years old.
I find it pretty impressive to see him still being that active. He was in Tokyo one month ago, collections for Fendi & Chanel....

He is doing less TV than before i must say...

He is maybe a little bit pale IMO. He would look better if he was a bit tanned...But not a la Valentino.

I couldn't imagine a day without Karl doing collections...

I'm on the Gucci trip. Chanel i would like to wear but it is too expensive...
I can't imagine fashion without Karl. For his age he is perfect , all this shows and presentations are taking a lot of energy.
It is his style, he Looks same years Long and it is good so.
Valentino is too bronze.
Do you remember one italian designer, Renato Balestra? He is 92 now. His brand was very IN years-years ago, anyway, till now he make collections and Shows but i think more a-la italian alta moda for red carpets
