I think that dress if Vintage. That picture looks a lot like the ones that were in American Vogue when her first collection came out. I remember those pictures were also done by Testino. In that photo shoot they mixed pieces from Kate's collection with vintage clothes and I think that dress was one of the vintage pieces.
