I think the fact the Kate is forever on that list ( among many others) speaks much more than her ranking.
Someone like Lily Allen is hot at the moment and is on it soley for that.

Even though I still Kate, her hair just isn't what it used to be
It ages her so much (sorry, for the age comment, again) and it doesn't complement her face at all. Her previous hair'cut' accentuated her best features, but this haircut hides them all

I'm kinda disappointed with her style lately(like for a few months now), it's not bad, but it's just not as original as it used to be!!


Oh and ever notice? She has so many clothes, but she has only a couple of earrings (or she only wears a couple of them)

I dont recall any photos where she looks like she is "shooting up" but this editorial was said to have launched "heroine chic".
