I would bet that she's definitely required to wear the line. There was an old story about Jessica Simpson getting into trouble for not wearing a clothing line of hers, and such requirements were made to sound like really common practice...

that's Kate's friend Katy England who usually finds vintage clothes for her. i guess maybe Katy's wearing her own "design" pants coz she's rumoured to be a ghost designer for Kate Moss for topshop collection.
