Kate Moss - posting requires reading thread rules, see post #1

Don't remember seeing these posted. Love how she's not wearing a stich of makeup.

Model Candids

In the candid picture from post #945 on the previous page, Kate looks so young with minimal to no make-up. It's really refreshing and looks great.

Though, in post #950 on this page, wearing make-up on a night out, even though it's not much, she looks like such a dragon, like she never left Croydon.

Kate Moss has been excelling herself on the interview front recently, what with her slightly awkward video interview for Mango, and now in an interview with Grazia magazine.
Speaking in her role as Mango ambassador and spokesmodel once again, Mossy gave an insight into her wardrobe habits and, well, that's about it really.

Most surprisingly, Moss admitted she's had to "rethink everything " when it comes to clothing choices, thanks to her new dog, a Staffordshire mix named Archie. "So, I've got a dog, and the dog's making me (dress) more Day. It's a nightmare. You can't do a dog in a heel." Yes, total nightmare. We'd like to meet this dog, he sounds like one powerful pooch if he's making Moss think twice about her daily sartorial choices.

So how does she get dressed in the morning (removing Archie from the equation) with all that 'style icon' pressure weighing her down like a great big YSL-clad albatross? "I think of a character when I get dressed. I don't think of it as, 'Ooh, it's me.' I think, 'Who do I want to be? They're usually from decades. Like I want to be…a 70s, from a film." Ah, we see, although we think we'd end up looking more Thelma from Scooby Doo than Faye Dunaway if we adopted this method.

Apparently shy when it comes to speaking publicly - a fairly new aspect of the model's career, as she kept resolutely schtum when it came to speaking to the press for many years - Moss clearly isn't quite comfortable with the interview process yet.

When asked about the winner of the Mango Fashion Award - for which she was a judge - and what she was looking for in the winning designs, she stumbled almost as much as she did in the cringe-inducing film: "Well, I think it's really important, they way they use the fabrics with the winner. Yeah." Oh, right.

Rather endearingly, she says she still gets excited about clothes despite having wardrobes full of them in her Cotswolds home, London pad and in storage - citing a Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen gown she donned in a recent US Vogue shoot as her latest item du jour.
Oh, and her biggest fashion problem? "Zips. I've got a problem with zips. Sometimes I just forget to do them up!".

So, we may not be able to rely on Kate for any influential career advice or realistic styling tips, but at least we can rest assured that even the world's most famous supermodel goes out flying low too.

Funny thing about that cover ? Kate has never worn that dress, ever, technically.

The photo is from 6th July 2010, the Kate Who ? exhibition opening at Phillips de Pury gallery in London, she was in fact wearing a Black Stella McCartney Asymmetric Silk Dress.

great observation. maybe the background is dark so they want her dress look lighter.

Good eye. I really hate when Gossip mags do this.
