The supermodel has got such flawless skin the 38-year-old even felt confident enough to walk out of the house completely make-up free on Wednesday morning.
Kate stepped out in Chelsea, London to run some errands with husband Jamie Hince.

Chores: Moss wore a winter coat with fur trimming while Hince also went smart casual in a jacket and shoes


Carrying her large black Mulberry bag, Moss joined Jamie by his side as they carried on with their daily chores.
The Kills rocker also opted for a smart/casual get-up as he walked along in jeans and shoes with his own winter jacket and a printed scarf around his neck.
While he covered up his eyes with large sunglasses, Kate was happy to be seen with her flawless complexion as Jamie carried the shopping bags.

Day off: Kate spent quality time with Jamie as they slowly crossed their 'To Do' list off
Moss, who will turn 39 in January, has managed to age well despite refusing to calm down her nights out.

I'm probably going to be in the minority who actually loves that coat, I think the whole combination of that outfit really works, especially for how cold the english weather is at the moment and that mulberry bag is just pure perfection.
