something she did.
wether or not she meant to, it hurt somebody, and if she was a good person she would have found a way around it

like i said before, i don't think you can have lived her life & come out the other end as a good person. I am not surprised you think that. Looking forward to this programme tonight.....

Lunabella i know u  kate but all you really see of her is pretty photos of her pretty face in pretty clothes

i think its time the girl grew up big time. shes gonna start to embaress herself soon

acid, i make up my opinion of kate solely based on her own quotes that i have found in interviews. i do not believe anything the tabloids write about ANY star. i love the way kate comes off in interviews - i think she is interesting, charming, funny, witty, etc. also, of course, i love her style. i do not think she is too thin, and since i've been following her since about 2001, i would have to say that her body looks normal to me now. i think she has finally lost all of her pregnancy weight. of course, i love kate as a model, i think she is the best i have ever seen, but i mostly love her because of the way she is in real life (from what i know).
so what if she parties once in a while? i would too if i had free time and a babysitter. we haven't seen her out in ages. she seems like a good mother, caring, so i see nothing wrong with parties. i do not believe that she does drugs (besides alcohol and cigarettes, which many people use also). that is all i have to say for myself.

also, do you mind telling us (or me in a p.m.) what kate did to be a "bad person," acid? i think she is a free spirit, and she does what she wants, but i think that's alright as long as you're not huring anyone. although, we all have hurt someone in our lifetime, and that doesn't necessarily make us bad people. i don't think kate is out there to be a role model. she lives her life the way she wants to and so do i, so i guess i don't care what people say to me, though i know i am a good person.

So, Kate droppes him PUNCTUAL on the day where this "truth about her" is on TV???

Am I the only one who finds this...ehm..."a little strange"?

PS: Don`t forget to post all the details for those of us who can`t watch British TV! Thx in advance! :flower:

although I don't think models should be role models, its probably what happens these days, as they are celebrities in themselves. If there are lots of teenboppers who try and emulate the style of a celebrity model like Kate and think its really cool, then perhaps the fact that she has this wild image may seem quite cool too.

from some of these candids, it looks like she does drugs . . .
i saw helena christensen doing a line in the toilets of a club here in copenhagen, so its it wouldn't surprise me.

Perhaps the title of this thread should be changed to Kate Moss Gossip?

Quick synopsis for Heroin Chic

They interviewed two guys from her school who described her as a good laugh and always talking about sex and an early starter sexually - nothing shocking there.
They interviewed the editor of Cosmopolitan who said that she's behaving like a teenage heiress and is still getting away with the hard partying but for how long will she be able to keep it up for. Also said that after she went into Rehab, she came out and just 'carried on as normal.'

They interviewed Naomi Campbells' ex assistant (wonder if its the phone throwing incident one), who said that Kate parties hard, said she'd been ordered to buy drugs for Kates friends, then had taken some coke with Kate, said that Kate had tried it on with her sexually and then 'thrown a whitey' and had to be carried out of bed into the shower.

They intereviewed a journalist who'd managed to gatecrash her 30th party and had witnessed an orgy.
The rest of it was basically fluff - interviews with bystanders from clubs from years ago etc. Ok the whole prog was tabloid TV , but that's what you expect from Channel five.
Most people were (like Acid) saying she should slow down, shes not so young any more - they didn't talk about her kid at all (poss UK privacy laws - they don't make progs like this without checking them past lawyers, first).
None of this surprising really. For those who still don't believe, can I just say, being a Londoner and working in fashion myself, and enjoying a good party can I just say at many London clubs it would be easier to count who's *not* on drugs as there'd be so few - its almost the norm, now and not taboo at all in those circles. I know lots who are getting f**cked up and addicted , its not just Kate. So its not really that shocking from that point of view just quite sad.

But I feel like a saddo now for writing this all out, like some obsessive fan

I'm just a scurrilous gossip  hehehe

KATE MOSS MODEL

In your opinion, what's a classic faux pas? Wearing one designer head to toe. Whose closet would you like to raid? Loulou de la Falaise Klossowski's. If you could be an accessory, what would you be? A guitar pick. Who's your style icon? Nobody. If your style is represented by one city, where do you place yourself on the map? London, always. If you had to strip down to two items, which would they be? Knickers and a bra. Which label appears most often in your closet? John Galliano. What do you wish you could wear but can't? A wedding dress. What would you never be caught wearing? A gaslight-blue taffeta ball gown. Mohair boatneck sweater, about $290, Miu Miu. Miu Miu, NYC and Los Angeles.

I think you may need to take off the rose-coloured whatsits when it comes to Kate. I know loads of people who 'do lines' regularly and they are neither celebrities nor getting it for free, so why on earth wouldn't Kate be doing the same? Honestly, no matter how much you adore them be realistic, these celebrities have way too much money and time on their hands to be doing otherwise.

the programme was pretty rubbish. real tabloid trash. I think it had been checked by lawyers - i think they were careful not to say too much.... I think you see the tip of the iceberg - she must be a junkie.

^^^ I agree. Pointless programming really..nothing new...no revelations...no "shocking truths", but it was Channel 5

Indeed they try their best...

I watched it and it wasn't that amazing. From the way they were advertising it, I thought we'd get loads of juicy gossip - not stuff from years ago

I like how the article describes him as 'wild' and that he 'parties hard'. Yeah, robbing your best friend to score is so wild! It's disgusting.
I was thinking the same thing that somebody said earlier, she is beginning to remind me of a well-dressed version of Courtney Love!

today's WWD:

Kate Moss’ two-week dalliance with rocker Pete Doherty is dead on arrival. Kate says, “He’s just too wild. I can’t take any more of it.” So she called the whole thing off by texting him from her cell phone. Now all that’s left is those cute little heart-shaped tattoos they engraved on each other.
