Then you should check the runway photos from 1990-1999 seasons on vogue.com - because all these pictures are from there, and there are many other pics of Kate from the same and different shows! I know this for a fact because I recently went on a picture saving spree there

According to Mert Alas' Instagram this is from a W Magazine editorial (possible cover?) that will be released soon. At first glance I thought it was a throwback from when she had dark hair and eyebrows in the 90s..looking forward to seeing the whole thing!
