Can anyone i.d. her denim jacket & the sandals she's wearing in the pics with her parents?

I'm not sure about the jacket it could be from H&M but the wedges are Vera Wang Lavender Label wedges.

Kelly Osbourne has been showing off a brand new tanned and toned look of late - and it turns out that she has St Tropez to thank.
The singer/presenter has been appearing on Dancing With the Stars in the US, and true to the tradition of ballroom dancers everywhere, she's been getting regular spray tans courtesy of St Tropez. Having been content with her naturally pale complexion, she's now been converted to the joys of fake tan.
Now she's teamed up with St Tropez in her role as ambassador for the Prince's Trust and is the new face of the brand's Self Esteem campaign. Its aim is to tackle the body image issues of young women everywhere - and, let's face it, we all have plenty of those.
