it is boring. i like the concept of the dress, but the pattern looks like circus tent/drums (and i'm not sure if it's a good thing, it's not too bad i guess since she's pulling it off). those shoes don't fit and her hair is A BORE. those rings are cute and makeup's okay. overall - meh.

Not bad, but nothing to be excited about either. I liked her previous MTV Award's looks better. They were cooler than this.
However, what really bugs me here is her hairstyle. That mess of hair doesn't look good.
