It's mind boggling to me how she's always saying she doesn't care about her image - I don't know who she thinks she's fooling when it's obvious that she cares deeply, deeply about her image - probably more than most of the starlets out there. It's like she never matured beyond that sullen 13 year old stage when you think it's so bad-ss to act and talk and dress like you don't care when everyone else knows that you care obsessively. I just... I don't know man. To each their own I guess. I do quite like that Prada bag.

I actually like Kristen, but I agree she does care about her image as much as she would like us to believe that she doesn't, it gets annoying from time to time. Anyway I think she pulls of the Louis Vuitton well. I don't care for her hat, Prada bag, or yellow backpack. Lastly I think Beau does a great job with her makeup but the recent cat-eye look wasn't working in my opnion.

Yes, but I think what bothers a lot of people is how gorgeous she looks despite the unkempt hair, worn nail polish etc...it's hard to accept that someone can be that beautiful and seemingly not care about it every waking minute. At the same time, that quality makes her even more beautiful.

And as for the, she's like s sullen 13 yo girl type comments....not every woman is the same. Just like there are some men who have a narcissistic "rebel" streak, there are women who have those....thankfully not everyone is perfect and well adjusted. I seriously can't believe the amount flack this girl is receiving for not being a *completely* standard Hollywood woman.

I honestly don't care that she's fakey or whatever...at least not perpetually smiling, accommodating, visibly pleased about her ability to live up to society's most superficial standards....

I could care less about her care less attitude. I think she's pretty, not gorgeous. But I still loathe the backwards hats and think a new hairstyle is wanted. That said, I like that she's a bit unusual. I agree that a bunch of cookie-cutters is lame. And frankly, although I think some stars could use the help of a stylist (Hello Katie Holmes!?), I actually lament the fact that stylists can homogenize the looks of starlets and moreover cut out any form of eccentricity, and faux pas, which are in part what make fashion fun to follow. What a drag if everyone was perfect all the time, wearing just the right thing, to just the right event, etc. Viva la difference!

I guess this is where subjectivity comes into play. I find Kristin to be very plain to the point I feel she is miscast in parts that call for someone beautiful (i.e. Snow white). I had to suspend my disbelief at her supposedly being a threat to the beauty of Charlize Theron in that film.

Her greasy hair and unkempt appearance don't make her appear more beautiful to me. She just looks dirty. Honestly both she and Rob Patterson gross me out--they just look like they probably smell. I'm cool with her walking around in day to day life with the greasy hair but I'm thinking she could at least wash it for the red carpet.

I think she looks average and is as obsessed with her image as every other holywood starlet, if not more. She only sells a more carefree looking look but she takes a lot of effort to sell it like other starlets take a lot of effort to sell a polished look. That said I like her look sometimes but I often find her ridiculous and shallow with how much she tries to look cool and effortless. Her style is bad at the moment. I hope she will get better.
