Kristen Stewart

Wow she looked awesome at the photocall... Those marbled pumps cap off a great " frosty" ^_^ look. Need to see more of the premiere look, but it looks intereesting so far.

First time that I really like her hair since she went blond. Her hair&makeup looked much better in motion. I'm not a fan of the dress itself but I think it works really well on her.. She looked very comfortable on the red carpet which is very rare for her.

I'm still not convinced about her acting chops though. Even in Sils Maria I didn't find her that convincing. But she's indeed getting good reviews for Café Society and she's the lead in the new Assayas film which will be presented competition. Looking forward to it, maybe I'll finaly get her appeal. I do however respect her movie choices in the past few years.

Darling at the premiere. Everything works.

The after party look is pretty awful, from the shoes to the skirt stretch marks.

I´m not sure about the black dress but the jacket and shoes are great :)
now if only she´d get better jewellery...

I like her look at the Opening Gala but I wish her makeup wasn´t so strong or at least not so shiny. The marks of her previous skirt are distracting but we´re used to seeing her sock marks all the time so...
The last pic of her braless in a sea of old men gave me the creeps.

aren't flat shoes on women strictly forbidden in Cannes? especially at a gala. I don't know whether to think she's rude or kind of great for knowing she's famous enough to do it without getting turned down at the door.

Absolutely not. In fact, last year women were being turned away for wearing flats which caused a lot of controversy so they have been trying to avoid such bad press since.

She should be able to wear whatever shoes she wants.

At a press luncheon today:

^ I see. As someone that never ever wears heels, I find such rule so archaic and disrespectful to women but it got me thinking whether it was still on since it seemed everyone (regardless of fame) was subjected to it not long ago.
