yeah, much like j.lo and sweetface, gwen really is more of a 'muse' for the collection... neither of them really 'design' anything...

but others are ... okay.
not anything really special.
it seems like she takes A LOT of inspiration from other designers too...

You can't please everyone all of the time. IMHO, if the designer is truly happy with their collection, then success. It's art. Everyone will have their opinion. I often wonder how a lot of the non-celebrity designers make any money, but that's just my taste and opinion. L.A.M.B. just happens to put out a lot of pieces that coincide with my taste.

it doesn't really matter to me that they're not doing a damn thing, it's just so nauseating to see celebs invade the true artist's territory.

It isn't like that at all, unlike J-lo Gwen does actually have a lot of input in the designs, she comes up with a lot of the original ideas.

Does Gwen design these herself? Does she actually sktech her designs and stuff? Or is it just a her clothing line?

she is the muse for the line. she does do sketches. she finds patterns.
