Thats the exact question I was about to ask. Hopefully someone knows.

Mass...
I dont have experience with that site but I do have experience with jazz dance shoes & they will not last as street wear. They dont even last that long on a studio floor lol but thats what they are meant for. They will fall apart really fast as street wear & probably wont be comfortable to wear because you can feel the ground completely in them. If you can find a vintage pair of jazz dance shoes with the full hard wood or rubber sole those would work though.

yah i finally got a pair on the weekend. i love them soo much. they make me feel so different as they are not shoes i'm use to wearing. does this make sense. i love them.

australian girl - where did you get yours from? I'm debating whether I should get one as I seem to think that they're not really 'me' but I really love the look of them on other people.

hey I brought a pair aswell from salvio.com.au. they do heaps of colours for a really great price. i personally brought them in white from blonde venus in brissy, i saw them in silver aswell.. which i thought was totally cute and wouldnt mind getting another pair!

sorry- - the leather on mine is really nice and soft, the shoes look pretty good, but the sole is not very hard... not a lot of support on them

I want a black one with a little heel..since I'm only 5'3. Do you think that'll look tacky?

veepees / cutxpaste - thanks for the comments. I've tried on their ballet flats at Zomp and they look really terrible so I wonder if the jazz shoes are better. A girl from Uni just got hers in silver actually and they look pretty nice... I might give them a go.

The urban outfitters ones look really soft. Are they ok to walk in? Or can you feel the floor a bit much? And do they mould to your feet so poeple can see where your toes are?

I saw a girl in a pair of what looked liked the Urban Outfitter gold jazz shoes...

They did not look good.

I'm afraid to say that the leather looked too thin, and the shoes themselves cheaply made. You're right, they did mould to her feet, so I could see exactly where her toes and joints were. Not nice...

I think the same problem could also exist in real jazz shoes that are designed for the dancefloor only. But they're cheaper than the UO ones, so I guess you can afford to find out.

xxpinktinksxx the ones I have by irregular choice come in white.

Yep I bought them in Office and they definatly had them, because I couldn't decide which I wanted. They are also on the irregular choice website.

may i ask how office's shoes run in size? (ie big, small, narrow, etc) i'd like to order a pair of pointy lace-up oxfords but am in the us and don't have any size reference with their brand. office's customer service hasn't replied. or if anyone has a clue, it'd be super helpful.

^I think Office shoes are big. I'm usually a size 3 and I have a few pairs from there and they are too big. That's just my opinion though!!
