Starting a thread for the new show Life Unexpected. I caught the Pilot yesterday and it's really, really good! Hate to be a cliché but it is actually like the reviews say - quite Juno-meet-Gimore-Girls-esque. It has the old school WB vibe and I'm totally in love with the adorable cast. It's great to see Shiri Appleby (Roswell) and Kerr Smith (Dawson's Creek) back, and Kristoffer Polaha (Mad Men, Miss Guided) is seriously yummy, LOL. Newbie Britt Robertson is a cutie and joy to watch.
For anyone who doesn't know the premise - it's about 15 year old Lux who's in foster care, hunting down her birth parents for their signatures so she can get emancipated.
