It's pretty much her hair and makeup that makes her look radically different from one photo to another, but she's looking good lately even without makeup.

The leggings are terrible, but she looks very pretty:

This might sound weird but I really miss the old Lily in her pretty dresses and worn-out trainers. She seemed so much more "real" back then.

Also, the last look is strange. She looks like she's still in her PJs and put on some heels... And that look in 1789 is a disaster. Is that supposed to be sexy or something because it looks anything but(t).

Ok, I'm done complaining, sorry. This is all just so weird because I love her music so much but a Chanel Fashion Show would be the last thing I'd associate with it and it's confusing.

I never understand this argument whenever it gets brought up because she's not in her late teens anymore to get away with that, she's nearly 25 years old. Of course it was something distinctive to her when she started out, but she's more than outgrown the trainers by now. And it's not like she's wearing high fashion when she's going down to the shops a la Beckham.

If anything her more mature dressing is more "real" than forcing the whole adult-child or Lolita thing like certain other popstars I can think of who are the same age or older (*cough* Avril and Katy). You've got to grow up sometime.

I'm not saying it's not ok that Lily is changing, all I'm saying is that I liked her better back in the day and I'm not all that happy with the way she "grew up". What's wrong with that? But I still think that this whole Chanel-stuff seems fake for her but whatever.
