I came across this pic while browsing a website..I'm pretty sure this is Lonneke with Isabeli Fontana....

I believe you are right, a few years back as I recall...And the girl in the background above is Hilary Rhoda a couple of years ago, I am almost sure...They and Filippa did a couple of ads together- this is a part of one sitting, I think...
