Louis Vuitton Cruise 2026 by Jamie Hawkesworth

oooh Sascha  I need to see more, but Sascha deserves some good campaigns, so good for her!

Nicolas goes between cheesy Inez and Vinoudh disasters to infantile Jamie Hawksworty. Retire?!?
right .......totally clueless perfect for the 1 second memory crowd

Oh they shot the Vogue story and the campaign all in Avignon I guess.
I actually like it.
Quite joyful. The resort campaigns have been consistent for a moment.

looks like a candid from a junior miss training retreat, right at the moment when the girls earn their first louis vuittons. a glittering tribute to mediocre ambition, reward for surviving the semifinals.

They need to stop putting merchandise / entry level bags in these runway show campaigns.
There is no way someone splurging 3k on those embellished sandals and 5k on a runway show dress would wear such basic bags.
Maybe a seasonal Petite Malle...not a Speedy, that's for sure.
They have so many dedicated entry level bags / aspirational ad campaigns that I still don't understand the need to show entry level items everywhere.

you need to see it the other way around the runway acts as a background of high fashion to the commercial bags and acc its does work i can tell you.

the bag is obtainable while your selling a high lux not easy image for everyone.

because LV is the biggest and most available so the top end of the image should project not for your secretary/grandma brand ..as that was the issue with Marc end of his era too cute to practical etc hence they went for NG.more fashion and innovation and building a LV rtw wardrobe. and it worked

that shot the rtw and boots are so busy and windy hair is not helping .....the only way to justify it as paid ad is to have those bags to push the business side.
NG
i have to say fro. the biggest brand LV has quite good synergy of commercial bags with NG influence in ads. seeimg the huge amouth of ads the do online and offline.

sure some ads it's more obvious commercial inserts than others but yeah.

FP is right about those bags looking basic af. But that shot seems to exist solely to advertise them. In theory, you'd think they'd cheapen the rest of the clothes, but it's styled and shot in a way that does the opposite.

jamie is so good, also, nicolas was great to choose using avignon like this, im assuming this is also at the papal palace? same as emma stone's vogue shoot? and jamie did another story in this story of medival stone setting

it works so well with his golden light

yeah its a little goofy to see the double triple same bag, that must have been a strong push from someone??

Yes everything was shot there.

Since Jamie started to shoot the Resort campaigns, it has been done on location, where the show was held.

This is even better than Barcelona and Italy.

It is a beautiful ad campaign. Great casting and interesting fashions/accessories.

Beautiful light, makes me want to buy a winter holiday rather than a bag.

I'm sure the brand would completely understand if my money goes on that, and not towards their knitted knickers, given all the values Vuitton has about travel.

I wonder if this winter light is real or artificial. It is beautiful for sure.
