Madonna

She and her son were wearing Ralph Lauren tuxedos

She absolutely killed it in that white tux or suit and cowboy hat. Such a cool throwback to her look back in the early 00s but with a modern twist. Only she can work a cowboy hat and make it look that chic.

I used to love Madonna but she's lost my respect in the last two weeks. Bringing her son was such a PR move and a pretty disgusting one at that.

That's a bit presumtuous, which says more about you than it does about Madonna. She's not a racist and she has the actions to back it up :flower:

I look(ed) up to Madonna, see her as a pioneer and admire(d) her. As a fan/former fan I know about her awareness of the media and therefore I feel comfortable in questioning her actions. I did not call her a racist; also don't particularly like the insinuation that it reflects my beliefs or how I see things.

you're right.I know nothing about you so i should have hold my tongue a bit more. It's just that she's probably the last person to bother with damage control as she's never really cared whether the GP sees her in a positive light or not. Also, she's gone to events with her two older children so it's only sensible that she'll treat the two younger ones the same as they grow up

Madonna hits the stage to give a speech at the Amnesty International Concert presented by the CBGB Festival held at Barclays Center on Wednesday (February 5) in Brooklyn, New York.

The 55-year-old entertainer was joined onstage by Russian protest punk band p*ssy Riot members, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alyokhina, as they spoke onstage about human rights issues.

“The right to be free, to speak our minds, to have an opinion, to love who we want to love, to be who we are — do we have to fight for that?,” Madonna expressed (via The Washington Post). “I’ve always considered myself a freedom fighter since the early ‘80s when I realized I had a voice and I could sing more than songs about being a material girl or feeling like a virgin. And I have definitely paid for and have been punished for speaking my mind and for sticking my neck out for this kind of discrimination. But that’s OK.”
