Mango S/S 2004 : Karolina Kurkova

So that WAS Karolina in the La Senza ads then. I didn't even recognize her because of all the airbrushing. She was in some ads a few months ago where they airbrushed her so much she looked like a robot. They really elongated her legs... so much that as you walked past the storefront all you could see was her photo towering over you in a pushup bra.

purplelucrezia you're from Canada, do you remember those displays?

I think she look quite stunning in that ad campaign, rather 80's inspired clothing but not too bad.

I am not a fan of anything from the 80's except toys and cartoons.

I saw on the French TV a report dedicated to Karolina

She showed all the shows of winter 05 who she had made, what she likes in the fashion, her passions, her fears, her pics for Mango, we have saw her sick during the show of Chanel and but she remains perfect during the catwalk, it was brilliant, she is really a great model an other view of the backstages and the models, it was interesting

Also, Victoria's Secret appears to be using her heavily again. I guess they decided that since Karolina is finished with the high fashion world, they should give her SOME work.
