This season, Marc Jacobs plays with the juxtaposition of masculine and feminine in his Marc by Marc Jacobs collection. Inspired by lingerie and dancers, he offers floaty tops, dresses with tulle overlay and tie-front T-shirts paired with leather shorts. Tuxedo looks and tailored suits add a masculine twist. Jacobs links up with New York-based artist Jesse Langille for a graphic print that’s needle-punched onto a dress, and bases his accessories on rare birds, which appear on charming jewelry and signature tote bags. For men, he offers a versatile wardrobe based on quiet neutrals and muted tones, while keeping things playful with boyish proportions.
