Of the new season's colors I like the Cucumber green the best. I love the white, but it's not available at most places and I hear it sold out rather quickly. The light pink is cute too. I don't like the new fuschia. Personally, I would avoid the Stella in black because it's such a large bag and the lighter colors make it less hefty looking. Of all the colors, I like the last season's Wine red (not the bright red) the best — I don't think it's available any more.

Have you seen the Stella in person, iheartmj? It's large. I bought one a year ago and returned it because I thought the proportions were off on me. I'm short though. The Sophia was a much better sized bag for me. If you are looking for a large bag, the Stella is it.

Change in plans..so I didn't get the stella bag they didn't have the color I wanted which was pink and the handles were too short for me to carry it over my sholder with my bulky winter coat on HOWEVER I'm still in loooove with the stella and plan to buy it when spring arrives.

do any of you know if the stella comes in black leather with black topstitching apposed to the black with white topstitching? i want a stella in black leather, but the white stitching is so to me..

i'd go with the green, second choice pink..but i like the venetia better. my bf says it looks like an "old lady handbag" but what does he know?

i went to the marc jacobs store here, and the salesperson said the resort version of the stella will be black on black:

I don't think all the resort bags are in stores yet...you'll probably have to order it from an MJ store.

i like the stella more cos it's bigger, and would suit my needs the best if ever i got one.

however, i must say out of all the marc jacobs bags i like the cinched tote the most... the stella comes in second.

I had one from his first collection and it had the black stitching however, it also had the brass hardware....I believe theres one on ebay now.
