Marc Jacobs have Victoria Beckham in mind for his signature campaign? According to a source, Jacobs has approached Beckham about modeling his sexy, peekaboo spring collection. Beckham is certainly a Jacobs fan, enduring the two-hour wait for his signature show in New York and clocking another 70 minutes or so on the bench before Louis Vuitton commenced. How do you guys feel about Victoria Beckham being the new face of Marc Jacobs?

I read a few days ago that this is actually happening. Apparently she has been photographed and payed. I don´t understand this. I think she is the anti-MJ girl. I don´t like her style at all, and I think she looks almost like a robot. I don´t get at all why Marc chose her.

^^Victoria was one of the people he said inspired that collection so its logical he asked her to appear in the ads.And yes they have been alredy shoot,i dont get people complaining without even seeing them.Reagrdless if you like her or not,she has a great sense of humor and was up for doing something wacky for the ads and lending her celebrity for his vision.I personaly would never allow someone like Teller to photograph me,so she is a bigger woman then me right there.And of course she was payed,lol,why wouldnt she be!

Maybe the ads turns out great? Who knows? But that wasn´t my point. I was just so surprised, because I don´t see her as a Marc Jacobs person at all. She is Cavalli and that kind of stuff. Apparently, lots of things are changing with him, and I am not sure if I like it or not. Also, I never said she shouldn´t get paid either, lol, just stated that the ads are already made.

^^Oh ok,i know what you mean it is unlikely choice,but she has worn lots of his clothes lately and he said he loves her style so i guess its not as weird as we thought,i always like his ads and he so rarely uses models.And WWD had description of the ads,and it really sounds great,a great parody on the celeb culture we live in now,leave it to Marc to put Mrs.Beckham in his box,lol.
