I dont think this is Marios.

I am absolutely sure that it's him.
He is Greek like me and he is drop dead gorgeous. In my opinion he is one of the top-5 male supermodels ( Even if I don't know if I can use the term supermodel to describe a male model). He reminds me of Jude Law with darker hair.

Well, he is indeed handsome, but he has no huge differences from a typical greek man(handsome one) ! Here in Athens you can see men like him, everyday ! By the way here in Greece he is not a "celebrity"! I personally didnt know him!!!
